Creating Your Items
All items are individually, custom hand-printed on demand and we do everything in our shop. Please expect 7 – 10 days for us to create the items in your order before we ship them to you.
Color Variations
We try to represent the colors of our products as accurately as possible and meet our customers’ expectations. However, different digital screens may provide variations in how colors are presented to people as they view the products on our website. Therefore, the images you see on screen are intended as a guide only and may differ from the product you receive. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to color variability between display image and product.
Design Size Variations
The dimensions of our designs remain the same on all sizes of t-shirt we print on, from S to 5XL and beyond. Therefore, the design printed on a small t-shirt will appear to be slightly larger and the design printed on a 5XL t-shirt will appear to be smaller. The images you see on screen are intended as a guide only and may differ from the product you receive. When placing your order, you are acknowledging this fact and waive any claim of dissatisfaction due to variability between display image and product.
Refund & Exchanges
Because all of our items are individually, custom hand-printed on demand, all sales are final and we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.
While we inspect and package each item by hand before shipping, we know that stuff happens. If you experience a problem with your order, please let us know by emailing store@2happygays.com and include a photograph showing what’s wrong. You have up to 15 days from your delivery date to report any issues. We will work closely with you to understand and resolve problems that may arise. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged prior to delivery.
Shipping
We ship our packages exclusively through PostNL, the Dutch postal service. Tracking service is included on our orders via PostNL, but that service may not carry through or be available in all destination countries.
International Shipments and Custom Taxes
All items shipped outside of the European Union are subject to customs taxes set by the country of destination and each country charges its own tax fees depending on the country of origin.
Please note: Our prices do not include customs taxes. If the country of destination does charge customs taxes, you will have to pay your postal officer any owed customs taxes before they release the merchandise to you.
